What do we want from you?
- Create graphics and design layouts for print ads, flyers, email newsletters, blog and social media accounts.
- Collaborate with the marketing department and support campaigns with design solutions.
- Learn from industry leading designers, how to apply design theory to marketing campaigns and advance techniques for software ranging from Adobe Illustrator to Picasa to make pixel perfect illustrations.
- Take The Design “brief” to record requirements and clients needs
- Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
- Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
- Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas
- Amend final designs to clients comments and gain full approval
- Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, stylists, executives etc.
Requirements
- Proven graphic designing experience of 1-5 years.
- Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality.
- Demonstrable Graphic Design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas.
- Must have Figma and Adobe XD knowledge.
- Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Adobe Photoshop etc).
- Should have at least three pieces of work showing the documentation of design process from start to finish.
- Highly proficient in all design aspects.
- Professionalism regarding time, and deadlines.
Requirements
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Must Skills:
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly with After Effects, Premiere and Audition
Basic 2D animation with illustration skills for motion graphic content
Experience with high-volume production and editing multiple videos in one day.
Advertising agency experience is a must.
Flawless attention to detail
Technical know-how and understanding of file types, export settings, and asset management.

Coordinate and communicate with in-house producers to creatively and efficiently execute short-form web videos in a fast-paced environment for multiple online brands
Proactively identify creative ways to incorporate text, sounds effects, music and more to make videos more engaging
Take ownership over the final exports as much as producers do. Bring your technical skill and creativity to every edit and be self-sufficient.
Assist with the design, development, and execution of graphics packages and in-video motion graphics
Execute basic color correction and audio mixes
Requirements
Experience: 2 to 8 years
Must Skills:
- 2 years Advertising services expereince is a must
- English (MUST)
- Preferred Languages: Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, Cantonese, French, Spanish

- We want you to be one point of contact for clients. You should be a creative communication and marketing solutions for clients assigned. You will also be the go-to person in case of delivery and control activation questions, any escalation in terms of timeliness/quality and will need to plug it by internal coordination till the solution provided
- Possess strong understanding of digital marketing, marketing communication and its implementation
- Cracking brief given by client, assist team for smooth execution and processing of all the campaigns
- Accountable for project completions with the expected quality and Service Level Agreements
- Establish and cultivate relationships with a company’s clients
- Supports in creating innovative tactics to support brand strategies for client
- Regular site meetings for key clients and understand their needs
- Pass on any Account mining leads to sales team as and when identified
- Work with other account managers at a company to create a consistent client message
- Ensuring flawless and regular documentation and progress report for the management and clients
- Responsible to bring repeat business from current client

- An inherent nature to excel and generate value for the client
- Prior experience in operations in a client facing role.
- Proficient in strategic planning and have a strong understanding of a company’s services so they can explain clients and answer questions in both group and one-on-one situations
- Candidate should be balanced with logical and practical thinking, focused, able to handle the pressure and quality-oriented
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills. In addition, they should have a strong leadership skill, be self-directed and be able to multitask
- Functional Knowledge of MS office and understanding of P&L.
