Brand Launch: ASTER Hospitals

OBJECTIVE

Aster Hospital is a healthcare provider based in UAE with three hospitals located in Dubai. With the rise of COVID-19, the hospital aimed to increase patient appointments through online booking, direct calls, and form filling for video consultations. To achieve this goal, Aster Hospital partnered with us but the real question how did we tackle this unprecedented terrain? 

EXECUTION

We used a meta platform for lead generation through direct form filling and a campaign landing page for push marketing. To reach potential patients, the company also utilized Google Ads and DV 360 for targeted search and discovery ads on YouTube. 

RESULT

The marketing campaign was successful in increasing the number of appointments for Aster Hospital. From March to December, the number of calls increased by 20% MoM, and the appointment ecosystem increased from 10% to 30% MoM. The average cost per click was 0.43 AED, with a click-through rate of 19% and a cost of acquisition of 8 AED. The monthly spend was approx. 25,000 per month, resulting in an average monthly conversion rate of 25%.
